The Technical Working Group Return & Development developed the concept and methodology for the mapping activity and creation of referrals, to identify, compile and document available services in a comprehensive service catalogue, with the view of fostering referrals among MS counsellors and providers of reintegration as well as other services in countries of origin in a secure digital environment.
- Mapping and service catalogues in Armenia, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Georgia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal: identification of available services in the countries of origin, update of mapping as well as digitalisation process.
- Creation of referral desks in Pakistan and in OFII countries (Georgia, Senegal and Ivory Coast) for individual counselling and out-wards referral to service providers. The project is available for both pre-departure
