The Cashless Transfer Project (CTP) provides a secure digital payment system that allows EU+ Member States to deliver support to returnees more efficiently. Responding to the need for faster, safer, and more transparent disbursement processes, the CTP replaces traditional cash-based methods, which can be administratively complex, less secure, and harder for returnees to access.
